Beloved mother of Kayleigh and Conor, much loved mother figure of their respective partners Michael and Eilidh. Besotted grandmother of Katalaya. Dearly loved daughter of James and Appelina McHenry, loving sister of Janice, Allison, Angela (deceased) and Louise (deceased). Sister-in-law, aunt, great aunt, cousin and friend.
Gillian will be received into St Augustine's RC Church, Coatbridge at 6.00pm on Thursday 13/06/2024 and her Requiem Mass will begin at 10.00am the following morning, Friday 14/06/2024.
The family thanks nursing staff in Ward 12 Monklands Hospital, District Nurses and Donald McLaren undertakers for Gillian's care. Very special thanks to Gillian's lifelong friend, Elaine Maxwell, for her unstinting care and devotion to Gillian and for being a true friend to her and our family.
